Dear Choir:

Sincere thanks to all the tenors and basses who were able to join us
last Sunday for the men's anthems. The word I have from congregation
members and spies is that the choir sounded great. So, thanks for
singing. It was much appreciated by all.

the women and girls' choir is July 31st. Hope to see you then.

Correction on Women's Choir date

Dear Choir:

In the email I sent to the choir earlier this evening, I gave an
incorrect date for the women's choir this summer: the date is July
31st, the last Sunday in July.

Tenors and Basses This Sunday!

Dear Choir:

This message, I guess, is mostly for the tenors and basses, but everyone
is welcome to read it.

Just wanted to call attention to this Sunday, when the "Pick-up Choir"
of tenors and basses, men and boys, is scheduled to sing. Several choir
members are out of town, so I hope all the tenors and basses who are in
town will be available Sunday morning. The plan is to start rehearsal
at 8:30 (a bit earlier than usual, as you will note) so that we will
have time to rehearse an anthem and an introit.

I hope you can come -- and bring someone along with you!
