Dear Choir Members:

Deep appreciation to all who sang in the women-and-girls choir last
Sunday. It was so great to have all the chairs in the choir loft filled
-- and we even had to move in a couple. I really enjoy that anthem that
we sang, but one has to have the right combination of singers to pull it
off. We did -- and we did!

P.S. And a note for all: Choir rehearsals will resume on Wednesday
night, September 4th. (The summer seems to be going by quickly, but I
also realize there's another whole month to go, which is reassuring.)
I'm very much looking forward to another year of interesting and
rewarding music, and good singing to bring it to life. Thanks for your
talent and devotion.
