I am not sure who had asked for this information, so I'm just sending it on to everyone. If you are interested in the info about the MN Orchestra's tour and radio broadcasts, it's all in the attached press release. Even if you don't read the entire news story, at the end there is quite a bit of interesting information, including some really interesting statistics pertaining to the tour. (The only thing they forgot to mention is that Linda and I are going along on the trip....).
Have a nice August. See you when we get back. (First choir rehearsal is September 5th; I'm looking forward to it, and we already have the instrumental ensemble committed for our special Christmas music. It's good to get these things done before the first snowfall -- predicted for the next week or so, I think.)
Allan
P.S. Don't forget about the choir's hosting of the Wednesday-night picnic on August 15th. Many thanks to Linda Orsted , who is organizing the event.
